This kit is purely designed for sweeping 4", 5" & 6" multifuel, oil, gas, biomass flues, plus some Scandinavian stoves that have limited access to sweep through, as they all generally have limited access and many offsets. This system is highly efficient and it takes less than 30 seconds to connect all the double button lock rods together. These rods are highly flexible and are ideal for sweeping a liner through an Aga, Rayburn cooker, biomass boiler, pellet stove or small ducting, especially where there is a 90 degree bend.
 
This kit will go up to 9 Metres in height, but additional rods can be purchased to extend this, but we’d only recommend the 10mm rods for extending the length as they give more strength at the back end and so less flexing. The heads (Ferrules) of the rods are made of solid stainless steel, so they do not corrode, unlike aluminium that pits and eats the metal if cleaning solid fuel/smokeless flues. The ferrules are also quadrupled crimped at each end onto the 8mm solid nylon rod. The rods are solid nylon and will therefore not snap like copolymer rods do as they are very brittle.
 
You have a choice of 4", 5" or 6" Propeller Brush which are made of stainless steel and solid nylon, the Rapid Light Loader whip head which is solid aluminium and only 16mm in width, so ideal for tight access, particularly in Scandinavian stoves like Contura’s that have limited access. The propeller brushes are ideally made for biomass flues, but are also great on old liners and also with a liner on a bend that has soot sat in the bottom and that requires removal. Lastly the 8” Bullet Whip Head and a spare pack of 2.7mm whip line.
