Never used magnets to seal up a stove opening, or seal off a cast open fire place or struggle to get soot and debris through a register plate without the tape coming away due to the weight in the bag? Using magnets makes life a lot easier in day to day chimney sweeping. Tape and sponge blocks has it's place in sweeping, but just wait until you start using magnets!
