This page is for all the exhibiting traders to book and pay for their trade stands, plus receive all the necessary information regarding setting up etc. Any questions where the information is not already on the page, please email info@rotarypowersweeping.co.uk
S&H Stand Booking
Below is the floor plan of the exhibition area detailing the size of the 18 exhibitor trade stands and the cost for each stand, plus it identifies which trade stand has one or two open sides. Each exhibiting company is allocated only one trade stand space. If you did want a double space trade stand, please inform us and we will put your company on a reserve list if any trade stands are unsold.

S&H SET UP TIMINGS
The exhibition timings are as follows:
FRIDAY 21ST FEB - 9.30AM - 5.00PM
SATURDAY 22ND FEB - 9.00AM - 12.30PM
All exhibitors must be set up by 9.15AM on the Friday.
***UPDATE 19/02/2025***
The exhibition room is available to bring exhibition kit from 7.00pm Thursday 20th Feb. We do have a CCTV camera set up in the exhibiting room, also we have paid for security guard on both Thursday and Friday night.
S&H set up instructions
The hotel entrance is situated up lots of steps which can be used by all means, but there are alternative options to get exhibition equipment into the exhibition room, as stated below.
The other 2 options are via a lift on the side of the hotel or steps at the rear of the hotel which lead directly into the exhibition room.
​Front Entrance Lift - Red Route
If you intend to use the lift which is marked as point 'A', then you must park up in the car park and I would advise to use a trolley from your vehicle to the lift. The lift is not massive and measures 80cm wide at the doors and is 130cm deep, plus has a weight restriction of 600kg. Follow the Red route through the hotel to the exhibition area.
Rear Entrance Steps - Yellow Route​
Using the rear steps, you are permitted to drive round to the rear of the hotel and park up where it is marked 'X', then use either of the double doors at points 'C' & 'D'. Once you have unloaded you MUST move your vehicle to the carpark. Any vehicles left will receive a parking fine.

FURNITURE - All trade stand spaces have the option for 3ft tables and chair, please request these items at the point of purchasing the trade stand space, there will be no tablecloths available, so please bring your own table covers.

ELECTRIC SUPPLY - Electric sockets will all be available for all the trade stand spaces. Please ensure that you bring spare extension leads for the electric that you require.

SECURITY - The hotel have advised that any valuable items should be removed off the trade stand over night as they can not lock the doors as they are fire doors. Therefore based on this we have arranged for a security guard to stay overnight
hub break area
THE HUB - The Hub area is our own private use lounge, bar and coffee/tea bar for sole use of exhibitors and attendees. The bar will be open on the Friday from 12.00pm.

As part of the cost of your trade stand, it also includes tea, coffee and a selection of pastries throughout the day. Any visitors who require refreshments must pay for their own at the Hotel Bar & Grill, Starbucks or the The Hub Bar, as we have only catered for exhibitors to keep the costs down, therefore we only have a limited amount.
Parking fees
The first 4 hours of parking are free, after that it is £5 per day even if you are staying at the hotel. Parking is free from Friday 5.00pm until 3.00pm Sunday. The carpark in manned with cameras so please ensure that you register your vehicles within 4 hours. There is a parking machine as you come through the hotel main entrance to register your vehicle.

Also we advise that you inform any visitors coming to the exhibition about the parking situation.
